If you are looking into the cost of domestic plumbing and heating jobs, here are some indicative prices from our home renovations.
Prices are based on projects where major works are ongoing, so if you only require a single job, the price may be higher. The plumber or heating engineer will need to cover his or her time for travel, moving and replacing carpets and furniture, and so on. You will also need to include in your total price any making good and redecoration following works.
The following indicative prices are exclusive of VAT so you will need to factor this in if your contractor is VAT-registered.
