Cost of Home Joinery and Carpentry

In this page you’ll find the indicative cost of home joinery and carpentry taken from our larger renovations projects. The prices are exclusive of VAT. Typically, a joinery company will be VAT-registered, in which case you will need to apply VAT at the prevailing rate.

Windows

Floor Preparation

Fit ply to small bathroom floor ready for vinyl tiles – £275
Fit ply to large bathroom floor ready for vinyl tiles – £450

Fit ply to a medium sized bedroom floor ready for carpets – £200; this is useful for leveling out the floor but it also stops dirt from being sucked through the floorboards during vacuuming.
