This requires intelligent design of each room, covering all its practical needs as well as floor and wall finishes, furnishings and fittings.
Interior architects engage specialist support from a structural engineer where structural changes are required. If specific building control requirements are to be approved, they may consult a traditional architect; but everything is managed for you.
