As part of our home renovation service, we design and fit bespoke TV and HiFi cabinets, along with audio-visual components. Here you can read more about our audio visual and home entertainment installations.

Planning an AV installation
We lay out the floor plan, electrical layout and associated cable runs. Working closely with our equipment suppliers, our clients select the AV components – TV, receiver, speakers, controller. Then we design the cabinetry.

Hide or show?
Home theatre equipment can be a thing of beauty – something to show off. But in a tranquil space like a sitting room or bedroom, it may be better to conceal the hardware.
Disguising a TV
A frame design with a selection of attractive images turns a TV into a work of art.

A wall unit completes the look of a home theatre. The whole wall becomes a stylish composition – more than just the TV and speakers.

For a combination of visible and concealed components, front speakers frame the TV on a slatted feature wall, whilst the equipment is hidden in the far cabinet with sub-woofer booming through the fretwork door. Then …

… colour-matched rear speakers disappear against the wallpaper, and ceiling speakers complete the surround-sound experience.

Cable management
Whilst TVs, speakers and hifi components may be a thing of beauty to some, cables are not. By designing the whole combination we ensure rear cut-outs align with power and network sockets, and plastered ducting is ready to pull through the cables. We optimise the cabinet size too – it shouldn’t be too big but, equally, it needs to have adequate space to bend cables comfortably and allow for cooling around the equipment.
