This page shows a selection of actual prices for bathrooms we’ve designed and installed since 2004. We’ve uplifted figures from older renovations to 2023 economic conditions using estimates for inflation and other factors.
At the foot of this page we provide advice on how to keep costs under control. Clients may be concerned about prices escalating once a project has started. We make sure everything is covered at the start – plumbing, heating, lighting, flooring, decoration … everything – as well as the suite and fittings, of course.
Cost of a new bathroom in a Victorian house
Our client had a tiny bathroom, so we installed a new bathroom in a disused bedroom. An attic conversion would then restore the number of bedrooms in the property.
